It was a day to remember for the residents at Hardi Summer Hill, they got to jump on the back of a Harley Davidson trick and take a ride with the wind blowing in their face. This was a once in a lifetime experience for some residents one resident commented ‘the only thing that could have made it better was if I could have stayed on all day’ and everyone agreed. For one resident Abby this experience was something he thought would never happen. He has been in a wheelchair for over 10 years following a stroke, with a positive attitude and the support of a loving and determined care team he was able to participate on the day.
