Aged Care Employee Day

Here at Hardi Aged Care our residents are the most import thing, our staff work with the motto “residents do not live in our workplace, we work in their home a significant statement seen around each Hardi site. Staff at Hardi Aged Care take pride in their dedication and care of each resident, so it’s important to recognise their dedication. On 7^th August staff celebrated Aged Care employee day with an afternoon high tea with special guest the Deputy Mayor of Cumberland Mr Glen Elmore who gave a heart-warming speech. The day ended with a treasure hunt where the staff hunted for gifts that residents hid and a special speech from resident Alan Townsend thanking all the staff at Hardi Guildford for the wonderful care they receive.
