Where Enjoying Life Matters

Only a short drive from the stunning coastline of Sydney’s northern beaches, Hardi Manly Vale provides accommodation for 80 residents in a cosy, home-like environment. With a mixture of single and companion rooms within the facility, we have accommodation to suit a variety of residents.

A bus stop located only metres from the front entrance means visiting Hardi Manly Vale is easy.  Buses from the city, through Mosman and The Spit, run regularly to and from the northern beaches.

Whether it be heading out for lunch at one of the local clubs, or heading down to the beach for some refreshing sea air, our regular bus outings are thoroughly enjoyed by our residents.  Bus outings are provided by Hardi Aged Care’s dedicated bus and driver.

With Warringah Mall, as well as a variety of restaurants and scenic points of interest close by, there are ideal options for family and loved ones to take residents out.  Alternatively, we have beautiful lounge areas in Hardi Manly Vale, both indoors and outdoors, where visitors are always welcome.

Amazing Race Around the World

Here at Hardi Manly Vale we are always looking to introduce new activities and this one we are truly excited about. On the 18th June, residents enjoyed playing an innovative game call “Amazing Race Around the World”.  With so many residents who have a passion for traveling or come from multicultural backgrounds, the knowledge that they share makes for a competitive and enjoyable game while also helping stimulate memories from the past. The residents broke off into teams of four using a map of each continent and dice, they rolled there way around the world when the dice landed on a country they spoke about memories from when they visited or any facts they have about it. This activity was enjoyed by all that took part and will be a monthly occurrence on the calendar.

  • “I moved my parents from another facility to Hardi Aged Care at Seven Hills one year ago. It is the best thing that I have done for my parents. In my opinion I say that they moved from a backyard soccer coach to the institute of sport! They want for nothing. They are both in the extra services unit. They each have their own spacious rooms with bathrooms attached. There is a lovely dining hall on the same level, below is another dining hall/lounge room and outside is a lovely garden. Mum and Dad want for nothing. The staff at Hardis are all nice and treat my parents with the respect and love they deserve. All the staff from cleaning, kitchen, maintenance, reception, nursing, laundry, lifestyle staff and management all treat each resident with the same level of love and respect and I believe this is what sets this nursing home apart from all the rest. I am really thankful that Hardis was recommended to me as I do believe that if I had not moved both my parents they would not be here today.”

  • “I would like to thank all of staff looking after my mother Carol. Your team in this area go the next level in caring and I would recommend this nursing home to anyone who asked me. I would like to say a big thank you for all of the help and kind nature all your team has given my mother.”

  • “My dear friends, what can I say but thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Everybody at your lovely aged care home has been playing well above their weight when it comes to the care that Peter was provided with, I can name a few individuals such as John, Amy, and Greer but everybody knows the list is much larger than that, especially me! Not much else to say except for a very very big heartfelt thankyou to all your staff at Mountainview. The best aged care facility in the world.”
