Hardi Aged Care employs approximately 650 staff in a variety of management, medical and ancillary positions.
We are committed to recruiting only the most suitable staff members for all advertised positions. All of our staff must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, and preferably experience within the aged care industry.
It is a legislative requirement that all Hardi Aged Care employees hold a current National Criminal Record Check – Police Certificate and we request a copy of this from each person at the time of application for employment in any position.
